Q. Where can I find some instructions for how to rent?

Q. Do you rent to Sedona, Flagstaff, Tucson, Payson, Showlow, etc? 

A. YES! We rent to all those areas! We are happy to travel to your destination. Please inquire about a delivery charge for your location. 

Q. How do payments work?

A. We offer 2 payment options: The FULL payment is due up front or you can use  SHOP PAY which splits it into 4 payments.

Q. How far does your included delivery fees go?

A. We will deliver for free within 30 miles of our warehouse in Mesa, AZ, and pickup time of no later than 10:00PM. Pickup times after 10:00PM can be scheduled for additional fee. If you cannot determine if your event address qualifies for free delivery, give us your address and we will be happy to let you know. 

Q. What are the pickup fees for pickups after 10:00pm?

A. 10:30pm charge of $50

11PM charge of $100

However, we will work with your venue for next day pickups to avoid these fees when possible. This depends on IF the venue will allow us to come the next day, if the arch is rented the next morning, and if we can fit it into our schedule the next day. 

Q. How much does delivery cost if it is not within 30 miles of your warehouse in Mesa?

A. If your location exceeds 30 miles, we charge $1/mile. If outside of 75 miles, contact us and we will give you a delivery quote. We do deliver to Sedona, Tucson and Northern Arizona.  

 

Q. What does it mean when it says price is for 1 setup/location only?

A. That means the price you pay is for our movers and/or florist to set this item up one time, at one location. Additional fees will apply if the desired rental item is to be moved from the ceremony to the reception, or anywhere else. Typically around $150.

 

Q. What if I want to see an Altar, Arch, or Pillar in person before I rent?

A. We currently do not have a store front to allow product viewing. For this reason,  we provide clear and precise photos, including dimensions, so you know what the product looks like before you rent. Please see additional photos and videos on our Instagram account @lushgardenrentals. We also offer open houses to see the items at different venues. Please subscribe to our newsletter or email us for an upcoming open house date.

 

Q. Can I request a different floral arrangement be made and rented for my Altar/Arch/Backdrop?

A. At this time, we are not offering custom floral arrangements. But, WE CAN CUSTOMIZE our designs by adding fresh flowers for an additional fee. We CANNOT remove any flowers from our designs. We are constantly adding to our inventory, if you don’t see what you’re looking for, send us an email!

 

Q. There is an Altar/Arch/Backdrop that I would like for my event but you do not currently offer it, can you get this for me?

A. We would love to know what you are looking for and we may be able to provide it for you as a rental soon. We are already in the process of adding more. Please email us the inspiration pictures and we can let you know if this is possible. 

 

Q. I am having problems checking out, is the checkout button not working?

A. First, please check to see if the browser you are using is Internet Explorer. If so, open a different browser like Google Chrome or Safari. Internet Explorer is not supported by our website host Shopify. If this doesn't solve your problems please email or text us and we will quickly get back to you!
